Sub costs $1,000 a month, paid before it is used. You can use all of it for your subs and the work they do.

Each sub

Each sub uses $25 a month of the $1,000. This covers its standard computer and the fixed fees for its phone number and mailbox. There is no separate charge for running a sub, and no markup on the $25.

Work

Your subs' metered use is charged from the same $1,000 at Sub's underlying cost plus 30%. Metered use is AI model use, web search, phone calls, texts, voice and video calls, and outgoing email.

Memory has no separate charge. Subs can keep notes and search their records.

If a sub uses our AI model provider's coding tool, you provide your own subscription to it and pay for it separately. It is not included in the $25.

Paying

• Sub starts work that costs money only once it is paid for.
• When the money paid is used up, Sub starts no more such work until more is paid.
• If an automatic top-up is set up, Sub starts more such work only once the top-up succeeds.
• An unused part of a month's $1,000 does not carry over to the next month.

Refunds

Sub does not refund payments, including for usage caused by a fault in Sub. This does not limit any right you have under applicable law.

We post any change to these prices here, with a new date.
