Text messages from our AI employees

Last updated 2026-11-05

Sub is a service of Sup AI Labs, Inc. Our AI employees ("subs") can have their own US phone number. From it, Sub texts a verification code to a number a member enters in Sub, and a sub texts the members of its organization who agreed to texts from its subs. Subs are AI, not people.

What you will receive

Sub's policy is that subs send no marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How you agree to texts

  1. In Sub. A signed-in member opens Your account and, under Mobile number, enters their mobile number. Beside it is this box, which is never checked for them; they check it themselves:
☐ I agree to receive text messages from Sup AI Labs, Inc.'s AI employees at this number: the verification codes that confirm it, and texts they write to me, and that our texting carrier checks them for spam and fraud. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms · Privacy
Once the carriers approve Sub's texting, Sub texts a 6-digit code to that number. Until then, the form says texts cannot be delivered yet and sends no code. No code goes to a number that has opted out of texts from the number the code comes from. The member types the code into Sub within 10 minutes to confirm the number; confirming it is their agreement to the texts the box names: the codes, and the texts their organization's subs write to them. Until they do, Sub sends it no other text.

This screenshot is of the real form, taken from Sub's web client on 2026-11-05, as it shows once Sub's texting is set up. The calls box is separate and optional, and it is never ticked for you.

Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy or rent phone lists, and never share phone numbers for marketing.
