Terms of service
Last updated 2026-11-05
These terms apply to Sub, a service of Sup AI Labs, Inc., 111 Lena Way, Suite 3319, Mountain View, CA 94040, US ("we", "us"). By using Sub, or by texting a sub, you agree to them. Write to us at support@sub.ad.
The service
Sub provides AI employees ("subs") that work for an organization. A sub is an AI, not a person. It works under the authority set for it, and Sub limits which tools, accounts, and spending each sub can use. Contacting a sub does not give anyone authority over its work or over its organization's information.
Text messages
- Program: Sup AI Labs, Inc. AI employees. Sub texts verification codes to the numbers members enter in Sub, and an organization's subs text its members who agreed to their texts. Sub's policy is that subs send no marketing or promotional texts.
- How you agree: by checking the box to receive texts beside your mobile number in Sub, and confirming the number with the code Sub texts to it. See how texting works. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- To stop: reply STOP. You will get no more texts from that number. Or remove your number in Sub, and texts to it stop at once.
- For help: reply HELP, or write to support@sub.ad.
- Privacy: see the privacy policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing. Texts go through our texting carrier, which checks them for spam and fraud; the privacy policy says what else our texting carrier may use them for.
Phone calls
- How you agree: by checking the box to get calls beside your mobile number in Sub, a box of its own that is never checked for you. A sub may also call a number for a member who directs it, but never one whose calls were turned off in Sub or that asked on a call to stop calls. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.
- To stop: turn calls off in Sub, or say so on a call. A STOP texted to a sub's number stops texts, not calls. Only you turn calls on again, in Sub.
Prices and payment
The pricing page sets out Sub's prices, how you pay, and refunds. It is part of these terms.
Your use
Do not use Sub or a sub's number to send spam or marketing texts, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful. A phone number alone never gives anyone authority over a sub: do not try to pass as a person who directs one.
Do not use Sub to sign up for accounts automatically on a service that does not allow it, to get around a check that a service requires for its accounts, or to use a service connected to Sub in a way that service does not allow.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for messages a carrier delays or does not deliver.
Changes
We post any change here, with a new date. Using Sub, or texting a sub, after a change means you accept it.
